The Apiculture Workshop belongs to John Canberrou family and the honey producing and typing has the name Melostagma.
This is the only vertically integrated unit (ie Production, Standardization and Trade) in the North Aegean in a phase of certification ISO 2200. This means that all European standards and the hygiene rules for food laboratories are keeping at all levels.
All materials of the laboratory is approved, full automation and flow production (without human intervention and human hands) and all honey processing equipment are stainless steel with full CE certification.
The jars are sterilized and there is freezer available for biological control of kiroskorou which developed in cells.
